Dumpster Decorations
A few days ago someone wrote regarding the unatractive dumpsters we have throughout the Village. I would suggest that those of us who have some small artistic talent, create a committee to paint flowers or other bright designs upon the dumpsters, (if this is permitted?). Possibly UCO could commission a contest with some small prize to the group or individual who creates the most colorful and attractive dumpster! (Make lemonade out of lemons!)

Dave,I congratulate both you and Phyllis R. for seeking the presidency of UCO. I feel you are both well qualified, competent persons who would be a great asset to CV in future management and administration, and in dealing with WPRF on our behalf.I would encourage each of you to consider engaging a professional condominium management person, who is properly trained in this type of work, and is certified by the national condominium managers association. While we have many well educatated, apparantly qualified and caring persons as residents of CV, we need to remove politics from the management equation. Establishing UCO as a governing board to whom the professional condominium manager would be directly responsible would, I feel, be an ideal situation.Let us all hope we can emerge from this distressing situation better for the experience, and in a position to carry CV in to the future in harmony and with effective and caring, competent management.Bob B
